Making a cash donation is popular, but it is just one of many options. Let us know the method that is best for you by emailing Development Director Chris Robinson at chris@fearlessideas.org, and we'll help you do the rest!
DONATE YOUR USED VEHICLE
Your donated used car, truck, or motorcycle can now add some horsepower to Fearless Ideas (even if the vehicle doesn't have any of its own left). Fearless Ideas partners with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, to accept vehicle donations. CARS will pick your vehicle up, take care of the entire sales process, and guide you through the process while offering a 24/7 Call Center to address questions and concerns. In about 6-8 weeks, Fearless Ideas will receive your donation, and you'll receive a detailed final report of the transaction, which includes the sales price and donation amount. DONATE YOUR CAR NOW!
WORKPLACE GIVING
Workplace Giving is one of the most cost-effective and secure ways to donate to the Bureau of Fearless Ideas. Workplace Giving provides Fearless Ideas with unrestricted, sustainable support that enables us to strategically budget. Many employers believe that providing employees with ways to engage with non-profits like the Bureau of Fearless Ideas increases employee retention and recruitment. Workplace Giving engages employees with Fearless Ideas one in two ways:

Matching Gifts: Your employer may offer a Matching Gift Program that doubles, triples or even quadruples your donation! To see if your employer has a Matching Gift Program, ask your HR representative. Once you've made a donation, to get it matched, complete your company’s gift-matching form (available from your HR department). You may need to give them a receipt for your donation (which we will happily provide), and our tax identification number: 41-2127333

Charitable Payroll Deductions: Some employers offer Charitable Payroll Deductions. Whatever the amount, this gives Fearless Ideas the dependable support that allows us to grow and innovate. When payroll deductions are paired with an employers Matching Gift Program, their impact is truly powerful. If your company offers Charitable Payroll Deductions, HR can set it up for you. Encourage your department and like-minded colleagues to join in!
LEGACY GIVING
Legacy Giving allows for lasting philanthropic impact; some gifts will have an impact now, and others will benefit generations of Fearless Ideas students after your lifetime. Legacy Giving can be done through a planned bequest of assets, stocks, life insurance or property, or via a charitable gift annuity. Legacy Giving donations can provide significant tax savings. If that's not incentive enough, because Legacy Gifts Donors receive automatic membership in the Geoduck Society. IN-KIND DONATIONS
In-kind contributions are donations of tangible and intangible goods—instead of cash. Tangible goods donations might be new, used or surplus books, school supplies, furniture, office equipment, snacks, or even cars. Intangible goods like advertising, royalties, copyrights, and services are also a possibility. If you have an In-Kind donation you think may be helpful to us, send us an email to tell us about it and ask about our current wish list.
